What data we process

  • Contact data that you provide in forms (name, email, telephone and message/dates).
  • Booking data if you write us with the intention of hiring (dates, number of people, preferences).
  • Minimum technical navigationdata (IP address and basic anti-abuse footprint through reCAPTCHA).

Purposes and legal basis

  • To answer queries and manage availability (art. 6.1.a RGPD - consent of the data subject and, where appropriate, 6.1.b - execution of pre-contractual measures).
  • Prevention of abuse and spam in forms using Google reCAPTCHA (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f RGPD).
  • Legal obligations if there is finally contracting/stay (art. 6.1.c RGPD).

Origin

The data comes from the data subject (form or direct email). We do not buy lists or sources from third parties.

Transfers and data processors

We do not transfer your data to third parties unless legally required to do so. In order to provide the service we use suppliers (data processors) who act on behalf of the Controller:

  • Netlify, Inc. (hosting/CDN and serverless mailing function) - May involve international transfers with standard contractual clauses.
  • Email provider (to receive your message and reply to you).
  • Google LLC - reCAPTCHA and Google Maps (if you use the embedded map). Google acts as an independent provider of certain services.
  • External booking platforms (when you decide to book there): Rurive, Booking, Airbnb, EscapadaRural. In these cases they are responsible for their own treatments.

International transfers

The use of Netlify and Google services may involve international data transfers. They are based on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or other valid mechanisms under the GDPR.

Retention

  • Consultations without contracting: up to 12 months or until you request deletion.
  • Bookings/stays: for the legal periods (tax/accounting and applicable tourism regulations).
  • Anti-abuse technical logs (reCAPTCHA): the time strictly necessary for security.

Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by sending an email to casaruralbardenanegra@gmail.com. You have the right to file a complaint with the AEPD.

Minors

The forms on the site are not directed to children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures commensurate with the risk (TLS encrypted channels, access controls, copies, data minimization).

Third-party web services

  • Google reCAPTCHA protects forms against spam/abuse. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
  • Google Maps embedded to locate the house. When loading the map, Google may set technical or preference cookies.
  • External platforms (Rurive/Booking/Airbnb/EscapadaRural) manage their own hiring and policies.
