what is the capacity of the house?
The whole house is for 8 people (+2 extra places). It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
is there air conditioning and heating?

Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms and heating for the winter, for optimal comfort all year round.
check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00 and check-out until 11:00. We can try to adjust if availability permits; please consult us.
what does the kitchen include?
Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven / ceramic hob and complete kitchenware for cooking and serving.
does it include towels and bed linen?

No. It is an accommodation for rest and family tourism. Please respect the neighborhood rest especially from 22:00 to 9:00.
is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside. Outside, please use an ashtray and respect the environment.
is parking available?
There is free parking in the area (public road). Access is easy for loading and unloading.
how far are Bardenas, Sendaviva and Tudela?
Bardenas Reales is about 10 minutes away, Sendaviva ~23 minutes away and Tudela is very close by car. We send you routes and recommendations.
cancellation policy and deposit?
The policy may vary by season and booking channel. We confirm it in writing when booking. In some special reservations we may ask for a refundable deposit.
